Children's budget may shed light on treatment of kids

Voices executive director Pat Willis had the following opinion piece published in the Athens Banner-Herald for Sunday, Feb. 26, in which the notion of a Children's Budget is introduced.  Introduced early in the session, HR 1079 would call for a study committee to gauge the feasibility of such a budget and is currently in the House Children & Youth Committee.  Fifteen states currently have a Children's Budget.  Follow this link to read the full article.
