Many Eligible for Child Health Plan Have No Idea

This New York Times articles discusses one of the biggest hurdles to getting uninsured children the health coverage they're entitled to.  Estimates of about 1.7 million children fall into this category.  Under current eligibility guidelines, Georgia could cover 96 percent of of children in the Medicare or PeachCare programs who would otherwise go without.
