The AJC's Maureen Downey quotes Children's Healthcare of Atlanta board chairman Stephanie Blank in the Feb. 26 opinion section.  This was based on her testimony at the Feb. 20 House Education Subcommittee hearing for HB 939, a bill that would extend the state's pre-K program to some three-year-olds.
